House Church Pastors
The people shepherding a single house church. They know the names, carry the weight, and lead the gathering week to week.
Local Regional Elders
Elders who care for the house church pastors in their own city or region. Close enough to know them, and near enough to help.
Network Elders
Local elders who also give oversight and support to the wider We Are Church network. They keep the family connected and the doctrine clean across cities.

Kevin is one of the elders of We Are Church. He is married to Heeyong and has 3 kids named Karis, Ellie and Isaiah (Juju). He loves reading, cruising around on his OneWheel, snowboarding and would love to learn how to surf one day.

Sean and his wife Vanessa have six kids and live in Cleveland, OH. Sean has been serving in church leadership for 16 years in various roles. He has been Co-Director of the Church Intensive since January 2017 and has been an elder with We Are Church since 2018.

He has been pursuing the vision of small simple gatherings for six years and has been an elder with We Are Church since 2023.
